By Jordan Smith and Wells Dunbar, 3:45PM, Fri. Oct. 1, 2010

Or is that lil? No matter the spelling, there's tons of news big and small in this week's edition of the Totescast, starting with the shooting turned suicide on the University of Texas campus this week.
From there, we turn to decidedly different matters at City Council, including the eye-rolling debate over whether a neighborhood park should be known as Little Zilker. And lastly, the temperature's rising for state officials involved in the execution of Cameron Todd Willingham – officials who may be coming to a courtroom near you. As always, Jordan Smith and Wells Dunbar are declaring court in session.
