The Totescast is (You Guessed It) Takin' It To the Streets!
Mobile food vendors & more
By Jordan Smith and Wells Dunbar, 1:01PM, Fri. Sep. 24, 2010

Where better than "the streets" to find a mobile food vendor? This week, the Totescast discusses new regulations on fleet-footed foodies, both truly mobile trucks and stationary trailers, which came before council on Thursday.
Next, the lawsuit filed by the attorney representing the family of Nathaniel Sanders II, Adam Loewy, who is suing the city for breach of contract after backing out of a settlement agreement with the family. And last, yet another rebuke of the faulty fire science used to send Cameron Todd Willingham to the execution chamber, this time coming from the state Forensic Science Commission. As always, Jordan Smith and Wells Dunbar are dousing the Totescast with verbal accelerant.
