Zoning matters, that is, as the Totescast gets into the Domania coming before City Council this week. Ordinances allowing an impervious cover swap and an exception to the big box ordinance at the mixed-use destination may inspire discussion this Thursday.

As always, Jordan Smith and Wells Dunbar are conducting the field tests.
