The Totescast is recycling tropes, as we return to the Materials Recovery Facility controversy over which contractor gets to sort through the city's waste. But first, an overview of the budgetary matters currently preoccupying city staff.
After the budget business and the MRF matter before council this week, we bring you the latest installment in the Sharon Keller saga, and lemme tell you, this shit couldn't be happening to a nicer person. As always, Jordan Smith and Wells Dunbar are all smiles.
