Smoke Local

Time to get down with and give it up to Texas NORML

If you toke here, maybe its time to...err, I can't think of a catchy rhyme...time to, you know, donate to the cause. That's right, the Fourth Annual Sixth Street Smokeout to benefit Texas NORML is just around the corner.

The annual event will be held Oct. 17, beginning at 7pm at Momo's Club (618 W. Sixth), and will feature five local bands, a "multimedia light show," and wares from local vendors, with all proceeds -- $10 at the door ($5 for NORML members) -- go to benefit Texas NORML.
