Perhaps you thought that the glitter would settle with Pride's end. Let me tell you now – you were wrong. With a three-day weekend riding in on the heels of Pride's rainbow flags, there's parties aplenty. To many outside of Texas, September marks the return of fall, and the queers have decided to embrace Labor Day's Bon Voyage to the season with the reoccurring theme, End of Summer – or was that Endless Summer? We can't tell with these temps. From Circus Ships, to Splash Days, and one epic party at Craftsman, Austin queers are embracing summer in all its hot-and-sweaty glory one last time even if no one's packin' up those short shorts anytime soon.
