By Jordan Smith and Wells Dunbar, 2:14PM, Fri. Oct. 22, 2010

Election time's upon us, and the Totescast takes it all in. First up, a rundown of the opposition to the city's mobility bond election, and some of our own thoughts on the spending.
Next, a trek to the courthouse to discuss races in the Court of Criminal Appeals, and the 353rd Civil District Court. As always, Jordan Smith and Wells Dunbar are your totally awesome hosts; for more election coverage, check the Chron's Election Central.
