Couple Murdered in West Campus
Austin Police are looking for help finding person responsible for last night's double homicide

Austin Police are asking for help to track down who is responsible for a double murder yesterday in West Campus.
A couple, Stacy Barnett and John Goosey, both in their early twenties and from Houston, were found slain inside their apartment at 904 West 21st just after 5pm Tuesday. A friend went by to check on the pair at the request of Barnett's parents who were concerned when she failed to meet them yesterday.
Friends last spoke with Barnett on Tuesday morning, police have said, and investigators found no sign of forced entry at the apartment.
