Dream Team in Color and Bitches in Black, Baby!
This is how we do it in the primary, bitch!

So, I finally found the original inspiration for my OC post from last week. Designer Aram Vartian has had this logo up for a few years now. It seemed like a good idea at the time, and for many of us, still does. As Chronic colleague Nora Ankrum's aunt put it, "I wish they would just team up. It is nice to have a bit of an embarrassment of riches – and a history-making one at that."
Equally as faboo, if not more so, is the super-timely line by local designers and Chronic production mavens Karen Barry and Liz Osting, fresh on the heels of Tina Fey's Bitch Is the New Black rant on SNL.
Interesting bit of pop-cultural tidbittery: Check out Cafe Press' election page, loaded with all sorts of independently designed candidate shirts. They even feature a meter to predict election results based on sales at their site. Pretty fun stuff.
However this election season turns out, many of us will at least be very well dressed.
