This microbrewery specializing in German-style beers was hand-built two years ago from used dairy equipment. Sold in draft only to 35 Austin restaurants and bars, Live Oak has been getting rave reviews from beer drinkers, according to co-owner/brewer/delivery boy Chip McElroy.
