10-1, Take Two

Five City Council incumbents up for re-election this November

Believe it or not, it's been nearly a year and a half since the first 10-1 City Council took the newly expanded dais. This November, half of Council's seats will be up for grabs again. As fundraising season begins, we kick off our campaign coverage by taking a look at the incumbents' brief tenure.
