Private chef Judd Servidio (217-4509, www.juddchef.com) is offering another of his popular interactive cooking classes this weekend. The cuisine will be Italian, and the location is Gina's Kitchen (917 W. 12th). Students arrive at 1pm to prepare several courses for dinner, and their guests arrive at 5pm with wine to enjoy the feast. $160 covers instruction, recipes, and a chef's coat for one and dinner for two. These classes fill up fast, so call now; 1-9pm, Sunday, Sept. 10.

An upcoming tea briefing will examine whether caffeine in tea is friend or foe at the Tea Embassy (900 Rio Grande, 330-9991). The seminar will also include some tea samples; $10 per person, reservations suggested; 7pm, Wednesday, Sept. 13.
