Zoning matters, a new head for Solid Waste Services, and more Fleet Services fallout
By Wells Dunbar, 7:35AM, Thu. Dec. 10, 2009

The Totescast is serving up a hearty news stew this week, starting off with the "form-based code" pilot zoning program City Council's slated for Airport Blvd.
Also on the city beat, a discussion of urban rail developments, and the recent hiring of Robert Gedert to head the Solid Waste Services department, as told to us by Richard Whittaker. Lastly, new developments in the Fleet Services tire-dumping saga the Chronicle broke last week. As always, Jordan Smith and Wells Dunbar are your totally awesome hosts.
