Elizabeth Lay, assistant director at Ace Academy, says she lets nature take the lead and never goes to a salon. "My mom told me that Lucille Ball shaved off her eyebrows and they never grew back and that's why she had to draw them on. That sufficiently terrified me into never, ever removing more than necessary."
