Eastside activists Daniel Llanes and Susana Almanza bless the newly restored La Lotería mural on East Cesar Chavez, Saturday, August 1. The almost 30-year-old symbol of Latino heritage on the Eastside was painted over as part of South by Southwest's Impossible Wall Project in February.
