Waller Creek Tunnel Tour

Media reps toured the city's Waller Creek tunnel project at Waterloo Park on Aug. 30, 2013. The ambitious project aims to prevent flooding from the creek and improve water flow into Lady Bird Lake. The project is expected to be completed in late 2014.
