Noble Sandwiches at Oasis, Texas Brewing Co.

Lake-area brewer adds food starting Labor Day weekend

Online speculation about the possibility of a new eatery from the team behind Noble Sandwich Co. was explained today with the announcement that the everything-from-scratch cafe and deli operation will provide foods for the Oasis, Texas Brewing's taproom and event facility that opened in early August.

According to today's press release, Noble Sandwiches will serve a selection of their sandwiches, small plates, and snacks in addition to some dishes for kids. They also plan to add new items designed to pair with beers made on the premises. Food service begins this weekend, just in time for Labor Day!

Currently, the taproom offers the brewery's year round session beers on tap: Slow Ride Pale Ale, Luchesa Lager, and London Homesick Ale along with a rotating list of seasonal beers created by brewmaster Spencer Tielkmeier and his team. Those same three signature brews are now available for sale at area Spec's, H-E-B's, and Whole Foods Markets.

The big space offers spectacular views of the lake, big screen TV's for sports-watching, plus shuffleboard and other games. Kiddos are welcome and there's plenty of convenient covered parking.
