'Chronicle' Perpetuates Two-Party System

Dear Editor,
Ha! Mitt's the devil ["Mask Instructions: Be Prince for a Night," News, Oct. 26]! You guys are so lame. You perpetuate the two-party system; they are evil and we are good. How about the fact that the "good" candidate didn't close Guantanamo, escalated a war, got us into an all-new war, uses drones to wipe out evildoers by remote control, and is part of a big money machine that dwarfs the supposed special interests of the right. All this effort and paper to promote the big lie of the entrenched Democratic machine. You are puppets. The modern Democratic Party is in power for power's sake and little more. You could put horns on either candidate and not be too far off the mark. There are strong and viable alternatives in the Libertarian and Green parties that could really use the support of an independent weekly in a left-leaning town, but go ahead and keep propping up crap. Losers.
