The Glitterati Are Here... And They're Queer
Tuezgayz gets even gayer with Gaydie Hawkinz dance.

Did any of y'all ever go to your high school's Sadie Hawkins dance? You know, the one where things got all wacky and the girls asked the boys to be their date?
Yeah– I didn't either.
Thankfully, the homos that host Barbarella's weekly queer dance night, Tuezgayz, are giving us a second chance to experience the fun that is bucking "traditional" gender roles (what are those, amirite?).
Tonight's edition of Tuezgayz is a Gaydie Hawkinz dance! Complete with a theme! And costumes! TheGlitoris.com tells me that we should be dressing in the style of “androgeny” and that "attire must mix a fashion that elicits both masculine and feminine characteristics. This can be as subtle (make up/shoulder pads) or as theatrical (wigs/cross dressing) as you want."
Um, hello Grace Jones.
The debauchery starts at 9:30pm. And really, what else are you gonna do on a Tuesday night?
