South by Southwest issued its ninth – and final – artist list this morning, featuring post-punk poets Protomartyr, dream-pop duo Phantogram, and Detroit MC TeeJayx6, who uses music as a platform for teaching people how to make money from online scams. Someone get him on an SXSW Interactive panel, stat!

Also signing on for SXSW Music week, running March 16-22, are reformed rockers Delta Spirit, Gaslight Anthem frontman Brian Fallon, space-age wordsmith Kool Keith, aka Dr. Octagon, electronic-oriented artist Photay, and singer-songman M. Ward. Garage psychers Frankie & the Witch Fingers, veteran turntableist Kid Koala, rock & roll songman Chuck Prophet & the Mission Express, down-to-earth MC Open Mike Eagle, and pop-rap duo Little Stranger.

The local front’s final cull elicits appearances from Cha’keeta B, Holy Wave, Lou Rebecca, Little Mazarn, Lord Friday the 13th, Think No Think, and Sir Woman. Additional Austinites laying claim to the free SXSW Artist backpack are:
