Alamo Drafthouse Releases Buffalo Cauliflower Recipe
It’s vegan, it’s delicious, and it’s perfect for quarantine

For those just returning to this planet from a month-long journey to Neverland, Alamo Drafthouse is temporarily closed nationwide due to, well, you know.
But they’ve also announced the launch of Alamo-at-Home: the return of their signature programming series “Terror Tuesday” and “Weird Wednesday” by way of Virtual Cinema, and, drumroll, the much-requested Buffalo Cauliflower recipe.
The theatre explained: “While Alamo Drafthouse’s theaters are temporarily closed, hundreds of thousands of frequent guests are missing out on their favorite made-from-scratch snacks and entrees. To help curb the cravings, the company is sharing ‘Alamo-At-Home’ recipes customized for a home kitchen. First up is the much-requested Buffalo Cauliflower vegan snack.”
Additionally, “If you're missing those vegan-friendly lightly breaded flavor morsels, we’re opening the vault on this much-loved recipe, re-formulated it for ease of cooking at home, and just in time to stave off those cauli-cravings at your next homebound movie party.”
