As our collective St. Augustine lawns toast to a crispy brown, there's one perennial that remains hardy, giving, and green. It's rosemary. New residents may not realize that those dried flakes in their cabinets are a poor substitute for fresh branches of their large and fragrant backyard hedge. Poor soil? No water? No problem.
