Austin-based series reveals more of makes Austin rock

A glimpse at Austin's spoken word (or slam poetry) scene is shared in tonight's installment of IN CONTEXT.
The locally-produced, semi-regular series brings snapshots of Austin's vibrant arts scene to a wider audience. The "Spoken 4 All" episode tunes in on the spoken word community, focusing on the monthly gathering of slam poets at Mitchie's Gallery. Neo Soul, the team that placed in the 2010 National Poetry Slam, are featured.
In Context: Spoken 4 All airs tonight (Feb. 24) at 7:30pm on PBS affiliate KLRU.
