Welcome New Hampshire to the growing list of northeastern states sanctioning Civil Unions. As of the official 2008 ball-drop EST, New Hampshire joined ranks with Vermont, New Jersey, and Connecticut, which all allow CUs. Then there's Massachusetts, of course, which goes all the way to permit Gay Marriage.
