AISD Sued Over Eastside Planning Transparency

UT Gov't to Vote on Downplaying Pot Possession
UPDATE: Love's resolution went down in flames last night, with just nine votes in favor and with several removing their names as co-sponsors (apparently a resolution asking UTPD to ensure it is implementing campus wide an existing state law was somehow controversial). Love says he'll give it another shot in a few weeks.

Women's Coalition Wins Fed Family Planning Funding
UPDATE: In an emailed statement, Texas Department of State Health Services spokeswoman Carrie Williams says that the agency just received notice that it will lose the Title X grant and is "reviewing the information to get a sense of the full impact." Beer Laws Moving Today
Today and tomorrow, the Texas Senate is expected to vote on the four beer bills, Senate Bills 515-518, and a fifth, SB 639, introduced at the last minute by Commerce Committee Chair John Carona, R-Dallas.
