Hey folks - the Hustle is trying to keep his head above water this morning, filling out news editor Michael King's column space this week, and keeping one eye on the General Fund budget presentation at council. Check today's board and commission highlights below the fold.

What the hell else is happening?
On the city calendar: The Downtown Commission meets in the Boards and Commissions room at City Hall, 310 W. Second, 5:30pm.
The Environmental Board meets in Council Chambers at City Hall, 6pm.
