Komen Grants Money for Austin Screenings
Planned Parenthood will provide breast cancer screenings for low-income women

Planned Parenthood of the Texas Capital Region is now taking appointments for breast cancer screenings for low income women ages 18 to 34, funded in part by a $19,000 grant from Susan G. Komen for the Cure.
The evaluations include a cancer risk assessment, a breast exam, education and health counseling, a follow-up exam, and outside referral if needed.
