TxDOT commissioner assails anti-toll activist

There was a little bit of confusion regarding the exchange between TxDOT commissioner Ted Houghton and anti-toll activist Hank Gilbert as to whether Houghton had actually called Gilbert a "bigot" or an "idiot" – the two were talking over each other. Even my own recording of the event wasn't completely clear. This professionally shot video below, however, removes any doubt.
