Plugging Local Business
Continuing a tradition of hard-drinking state legislators

Austin Senator Kirk Watson just threw in a gratuitous plug for a local business at the Texas Democratic Party Convention: As his voice started to give out as he carried out his duties as convention chair, he took a sip of clear liquid – presumably actually water – and then held it up and said "Tito's Vodka is one of the world's finest vodkas and it's made right here in Senate District 14."
