City Releases Bike Boulevard Plan
The city of Austin's Public Works Department has released its final recommendation for a bike boulevard and traffic calming devices on Rio Grande and Nueces streets. A map of the plan, staff's memo to Council, and other details are now posted on the city's web site. More later and in Thursday's print edition.
