Reckless Kelly Celebrity Softball Jam
A day of softball and music at the Dell Diamond

Reckless Kelly's Celebrity Softball Jam last year was such a huge success – raising more than $35,000 for charity – that they'd be crazy not to do it again. This Sunday, the Americana music stalwarts gather their favorite celebrity sports friends and musicians for a day of softball and good music on the beautifully manicured field at the Dell Diamond. Sports celebrities include ex-Major Leaguer Greg Swindell and two-time boxing champ Jesse James Leija (just to name a few) while the music lineup boasts RK, Cross Canadian Ragweed, Dale Watson, Cory Morrow, Hayes Carll, the Trishas, and many more. Music fans get to enjoy the concert from the unique vantage point of actually being on the field of their favorite AAA baseball team while the musicians get the thrill of being sports "stars" for the day. The event will, of course, end with a fireworks display. The beneficiaries are the Miracle Leagues at both Town & Country and San Antonio and South Austin Little League. Sun., April 25. Gates: 1pm.
