'Lifers' premieres locally at Ruta Maya

A fundraiser for the Criminal Justice Coalition on Thursday, Feb. 23, 7:30pm, will feature Austinite Mark Mederson's brave and surprising documentary Lifers, an award-winning look at life sentences without parole.
