Do we need this woman in Congress? With Tom DeLay's chief enforcer, U.S. House Majority Whip Roy Blunt (R-Missouri), in tow, GOP CD25 candidate Becky Armendariz Klein visited the Eastside last week on her "La Familia" tour of the Austin-to-McAllen "fajita strip" district. Klein faces an uphill battle to unseat incumbent Democrat Lloyd Doggett but was joined at the East Austin Multipurpose Center by local luminaries, including Charles Urdy and Marcos de Leon.
