Run Away With the Circus

In Federico Fellini's 1954 classic film La Strada, small-time circus performers Zampano and Gelsomina travel the Italian countryside entertaining villagers. On Thursday, July 18, the poignant film will be the centerpiece of a great evening's entertainment sponsored by the Alamo Drafthouse, the Austin Museum of Art, Siena Ristorante Toscana, The Austin Chronicle, and Austin RentAll Party to benefit the Capital Area Food Bank. Don't miss the opportunity to run away with the circus for one special evening. Siena chef Harvey Harris will present the following five-course menu complemented by Italian wines during the screening of the film.

Vegetarian options are available by prior arrangement. Ticket prices are $60 for dinner, wine, and the movie. AMOA members will receive a $10 discount and will be treated to a cocktail party and private viewing of the museum's current exhibit "The Circus in 20th Century American Art" prior to the screening of the film.
