Saigon Kitchen

4323 S. I-35, 326-3969

Sun, 11:30am-9pm; Mon-Sat, 11am-10pm

One of the very few sources for good specialty Vietnamese grub south of Fortune Pho and the central Research corridor, Saigon Kitchen is a southerly boon for us Bubbas (and with the construction finally ending on the frontage road, it's much easier to get to). A large, complete menu with all the bases covered. The Special Dishes menu is where Saigon really shines, with selections like Fish Simmered in Fish Sauce, Special Hot Pot, and Tofu Braised in Chile and Lemongrass. Check out the lunch specials and especially the featured chalkboard items.
