This turkey-day tradition offers participants the option of a timed or untimed 5-mile run, 1-mile walk, and a kids’ K. If the running doesn't tire out the kiddos, there will be activities and games. Proceeds will benefit Caritas of Austin.

The boys at Bout Time are turning the bar into a dining room with a fab turkey dinner with all the fixins'. Come as you please, food will be served 1pm queer time.

Listen, this is real and true and good: "Sometimes it works out that you don't have somewhere to go for Thanksgiving. Or you have somewhere to go, but for some reason or another you just can't make it. We stay open 24/7 for the same reason we have an Orphan Dinner each year: We want to provide a gathering place so that more people can connect with their community. That also includes dinner – because food is even tastier when shared with friends, new and old alike." Ah, Buzz Mill, we love you. Fellow orphans, show up 'round noon and bring any side entree that you'd like to share. There'll be several turkeys ready for us all, and some vegan options too. Note: all the food trucks will be closed, but each will be donating a plate or two to this dinner.

Break bread with the Bear at their annual Thanksgiving potluck. They'll supply turkey, ham, and dressing – you bring a side to share. Dinner's served at 4pm, but the party goes til 2am.

For its second year, that little blue house that Out Youth built invites families, friends, and anyone in between to sit at their table. Food – veg options, too – starts flowing at 1pm, but come and go as you please. And please RSVP.
