Reduced Prices for Aztex's Labor Day Finale
Aztex bid adieu to Nelson Field Monday

The Austin Aztex have announced that their Labor Day home finale is Fan Appreciation Night: $15 adults/$12 kids. And youth soccer players who wear a team jersey or Aztex jersey get in free. That's Monday, Sept. 7, 6pm kickoff. And, it's a chance to see No. 1, Miguel Gallardo, back in uniform for the first time since he broke his leg back in June.
The Aztex are coming off a grueling and disappointing road trip – losses in Vancouver Wednesday, and Miami Friday (3-2 and 3-1 respectively). The Miami game marked the long-awaited return of the team's first-ever pro signing, No. 1 goalkeeper Miguel Gallardo – out since June with a broken leg – and also the first start, and first goal for Jamie Watson, the top scorer for last year's PDL Aztex, and a recent addition to the pro squad. It'll be great to welcome back both Jamie and Miguel. Even if it is just for one game, it's a good sign for the future.
