Longhorns Baseball Game Suspended, Resumes Today at 1pm

In the middle of the seventh of UT's regional game vs. the UC Irvine Anteaters – with UC Irvine ahead 6-5 – the game was called due to weather at 9:48pm. The game is scheduled to continue today at 1pm at the Dell Diamond. If the Horns can manage to pull this one out, they'll play a championship game one hour later also against the Anteaters to determine the winner of the regional. An uphill battle for the Horns but certainly doable with their solid and deep lineup. UT beat Brown 8-2 Friday and bested Wake Forest 7-4 in 12 innings on Sunday but was defeated by the Anteaters 3-1 Saturday. UC Irvine is undefeated in the regional.
