Austin Film Festival Unveils Complete Lineup

David Chase's 'Not Fade Away' opens fest

Sopranos creator David Chase will bring his directorial feature debut, the 1960s-set coming-of-age piece Not Fade Away, to the Austin Film Festival in October.

Not Fade Away
Chase has called it a "personal film"; it's steeped in the music of the era and features a soundtrack produced by Steven Van Zandt. It will open the festival on Oct. 18.

AFF, which runs Oct. 18-25, released its entire lineup today. For more info, see www.austinfilmfestival.com.
