Got Noise? Good. Then Make Some More.

You know what we did the day after Thanksgiving? Let out our pants and made another turkey sandwich. Know what UT freshman Chris Rajan did? Flew to Hollywood and hung out with Usher.

The 19-year-old Texas native took part in the “Got Noise?” program (sponsored by Body by Milk), which gave teens from around the country the chance to produce, shoot, and edit a music video with Usher.

“The experience was incredible,” Rajan told the Chronicle of his ten days in La-La-Land. ”I got the chance to meet some of the most talented and creative teens from around the nation, learn how a real professional production is done, and create a music video for a RnB superstar, it can't get any better than that.

“Before we actually shot the video, we were able to sit one on one with Usher and talk about the concept for our video. He was very enthusiastic during the whole process, giving his own inputs and suggestions. He was willing to do whatever he could to make our vision for our music video come to life.”

You can see the fruits of that labor at the Got Noise site here

And while you’re over there, go ahead and vote for your favorite video. (Pssst: Rajan was on Team B.) The winning video will be declared the official music video for Usher. Voting ends February 1st at 3pm central.
