We knew it! We knew it! We knew it!

SamRo has given LiLo a $22,000 ring, according to the Daily Mirror. It's a Cartier and she gave it to her for her birthday. Yow! And the couple is finally being acknowledged as a couple, as reported by Marie Claire, the Denver Post, and even Gawker, who muses, "Why did it take so long for everybody to recognize that the troubled starlet and the Ronson family spinner were a couple?"

Maybe they should read The Gay Place... or Perez Hilton?
