Say Qua?

Qua adds its "oonce oonce" to the warehouse scene.

Fourth Street bar-to-be, Qua is snuggled between the two gay boy joints, Rain and Oil Can Harry's. Qua's pitch, however, seems to be to straight, upscalers, and according to John Long, Halcyon Coffee Bar co-owner. "I hear they are going to have sharks underneath the dance floor."
