Treehuggin' Juice-sippers
Juice in recycled cups. Yummers.
By Kate Getty, 2:32PM, Wed. Mar. 28, 2007
'Twas the perfect weather to hold on for dear life on the back of a friend's Vespa and take a ride to Daily Juice for a Marigold dosage. (Take one and call me in the morn.)
In the sunshine, outside, I squeezed the disposable cup tightly, slurping up this moment of mango beauty.
Then, written in green scroll on this what I thought to be "plastic" cup: "100% Bio-degradable. Made of Corn."
Now, that is beautiful. There's hope for us yet.
