Cap Metro STILL Wants Your Budget Input
Give feedback in person or online
By Lee Nichols, 12:57PM, Fri. Jun. 4, 2010

Newsdesk previously mentioned Capital Metro's budget workshops being held around town. Well, based on last night's very poor attendance (four) at the workshop held at the Little Walnut Creek Library, not many of you are jumping on the chance.
Perhaps you just don't have time to attend a meeting in person. In that case, Capital Metro offers an online version. The transit agency would like you to watch this video, and then take the survey that follows.
Remember, regardless of whether you actually use Capital Metro's services, if you shop in Austin or other communities within Cap Met's service area, then that's your tax money (1 penny sales tax) they're using, so you may want to voice an opinion on how it's spent.
