Art and music go visual on the Eastside this weekend
By Audra Schroeder, 11:46AM, Fri. Nov. 12, 2010

As someone pointed out earlier, the East Austin Studio Tour website does look like it's tracking a viral outbreak. Sort of appropriate, as the annual art-for-all gets bigger every year. Let's throw some music in the melee, shall we?
Tonight, the tour kicks off at the Super! Alright! studios (301 Chicon) with Many Birthdays and My Milky Way Arms. Cheer Up Charlie's hosts the weeklong y.EAST, with all manner of electro weirdness starting Saturday (Os Ovni, Total Unicorn, Computer Jesus Refrigerator, Talmadge d'Amour) and running through next Saturday, Nov. 20 (Hexcrusher, Missions, Candi & the Strangers, Bodytronix). In between, Low Red Center, How I Quit Crack, and more locals rock electric avenue.
