By Lee Nichols, 7:28PM, Mon. Nov. 8, 2010
Travis County has finally counted all the votes, including provisional and late-arriving mail-in votes, and Democratic state Representative Donna Howard is still the winner over Republican Dan Neil. The totals: Howard 25,026, Neil 25,010, increasing her 15-vote Election Day margin by one. No word yet on whether Neil will call for a recount.
