This pre-Depression era brick building at 200 Colorado is owned by Bonner Carrington Corporation, which developed the Children's Museum, Sullivan's, and the Bitter End. Set to be destroyed when John Wooley's residential development is built on the site in conjunction with a city-owned residential project across the street.
