It doesn't come any more authentic than the Steiner Ranch Steakhouse. If you're not in the mood for steak, try the excellent double-bone pork chop.

The folks who brought us the old Trading Post bring a new venture with steaks as well as burgers to die for, like the green-chile cheeseburger.
