Dear Editor,
This is ridiculous ["Lawmakers Consider Restricting College Degrees Leading to Low-Paying Jobs," News, Feb. 28]. The government cannot dictate what a person decides to study based on the amount of income they perceive it will generate. That's governmental overreach. If this is allowed, the government will soon be restricting people from buying certain types of cars because it doesn't meet the government's expectation of fuel efficiency. It's an absolute violation of our constitutional rights.
