So, now that the City Council decided that lie/sit, panhandling, or pitching a tent (almost anywhere) is allowed. Allowed Downtown, the Drag, and underpasses. Then it should be allowed at City Hall or that OVERPRICED library next door. What’s good for the goose is good for the gander. The Capitol would be the only place not to pitch a tent. DPS might not be so welcoming. JUST SAYING. What a WONDERFUL place Austin is turning out to be. It keeps getting better and better every day.
